Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Once you have placed your order it will take up to 5 days for our team to engrave, polish, pack and complete your handcrafted piece in our studio. Please note, we will send you email communication at each step of the process.

During sales and/or peak periods like Black Friday and Boxing Day, it may take us a little longer! We thank you in advance for your patience.

SHIPPING

We have two local shipping options:
- FREE Shipping on all orders (standard shipping 3-7 days)
- Express Shipping - $9.99  (1-3 days)

You will receive an email providing a tracking number and link once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING COUNTRIES

We ship to many international countries, with the following being the most popular – AUS, USA, UK, New Zealand, Canada & many European countries. 

DUTIES AND TAXES

You will not incur any additional costs. Zalaya will be responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

None customised products:

We offer free returns for 30 days from the date your order is delivered/received.
To be eligible for a return:

  1. Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the date your order is delivered/received.
  2. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition. This includes attached swing tag, boxes, ribbons and specialty packaging.
  3. You must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.

Bespoke and engraved products:

We unfortunately cannot offer these to be returned or exchanged unless faulty as each piece is bespoke and engraved to each individual customer requirements.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES

If an error occurred, you accidentally placed an order, or you change your mind, you may cancel up to 1 hours after ordering. A full refund will be provided for this option.

Please note adjustments cannot be made after the team have commenced production.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

In the unlikely scenario you receive goods which are damaged or faulty please contact us at hello@zalaya.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order along with an image of the damage and / or fault, and proof of order. Please note all items are clearly checked and packed prior to delivering.

Our team will review your claim and replace at our discretion based on an investigation.
